Two employees working in the store... one employee was busy helping a customer set up phones and the other put us in a queue to be helped despite no one else being in the store. Waited almost 45 minutes before being helped by another employee who came in for his shift all while the original employee offered zero assistance and kept walking to the back. The employee that eventually helped us was fantastic in trying to help us with our issue.
