I was accused of stealing a phone when I showed up with my boss to get a new work phone. They called the cops. I was sitting out front waiting for my boss to show up when the cops arrived. They searched me and my car and GUESS WHAT.... they never found a phone. Magically, they couldn't access the security camera footage. Isabella/ Issie was extremely helpful in upgrading my wife's 10 year old Galaxy. This included patiently waiting while we went home to get my wife's Google password . Issie also helped enroll us in new plan, expanded coverage & saved money. Issie was extremely professional, patient, & a fellow dog lover. YES, we shared pictures.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for decades and was interested in upgrade plans so we dropped by this store. I am appalled by the lack of customer service, empathy and professionalism by the staff here. We went to another national carrier down the street and the difference was night and day. Needless to say, we took our family plan to another carrier. Do better, Verizon.
