I was accused of stealing a phone when I showed up with my boss to get a new work phone. They called the cops. I was sitting out front waiting for my boss to show up when the cops arrived. They searched me and my car and GUESS WHAT.... they never found a phone. Magically, they couldn't access the security camera footage. Isabella/ Issie was extremely helpful in upgrading my wife's 10 year old Galaxy. This included patiently waiting while we went home to get my wife's Google password . Issie also helped enroll us in new plan, expanded coverage & saved money. Issie was extremely professional, patient, & a fellow dog lover. YES, we shared pictures.
