I’ve been a Verizon customer for decades and was interested in upgrade plans so we dropped by this store. I am appalled by the lack of customer service, empathy and professionalism by the staff here. We went to another national carrier down the street and the difference was night and day. Needless to say, we took our family plan to another carrier. Do better, Verizon.

This is a real store that you can come in to have your inquiries met. Ken, an army veteran who works here helped me with a week-long confusion. Most retail staff is very sales incentive driven and not interested in helping customers with post sale, real issues. I am glad people like Ken exists, who was willing to help customers. Other younger staff working there seem not very motivated, it could be the weather, it could be retail nowadays. Yesterday I finally got around to upgrading my phone and getting my daughter one. My sister and I are on the same plan, and we've been putting off the upgrade BC it always takes hoouurrss, with pushy salespeople and always leaves us in a terrible mood. Not Yesterday, Kai, our associate was more than helpful, could see our frustration, and made the entire ordeal absolutely painless.
