I don't think I'd have the space or time to explain everything that happened with this company. I used their service for a couple of months, and that was my biggest mistake—a complete ordeal. I don't recommend switching or getting a service from them, and if you do, make sure you have all the monthly payment numbers right. The service is terrible. I don't know why they play with people's time. Bad service.
I would not use this location. We opened a business account for Barak Woodworks. Alan got us started (with Dylan as well) and we had a couple issues that were fixed at first but then we experienced two more issues that have proven very costly. First they added a payment plan to a paid off phone we brought with us from ATT and can't explain why it has it but have not corrected it. - $400 so far. I was accused of stealing a phone when I showed up with my boss to get a new work phone. They called the cops. I was sitting out front waiting for my boss to show up when the cops arrived. They searched me and my car and GUESS WHAT.... they never found a phone. Magically, they couldn't access the security camera footage. Isabella/ Issie was extremely helpful in upgrading my wife's 10 year old Galaxy. This included patiently waiting while we went home to get my wife's Google password . Issie also helped enroll us in new plan, expanded coverage & saved money. Issie was extremely professional, patient, & a fellow dog lover. YES, we shared pictures.
