Went into this Verizon store hoping for help transferring data from my old phone to my new one. The employee was incredibly unhelpful — I was barely greeted before being abruptly told to “just call Verizon.” No assistance, no effort to explain anything. If I wanted to call customer service, I wouldn’t have come into the store. Completely disappointing experience.
David helped us upgrade our phones and the hospitality he showed us was remarkable. We had good conversation and he was incredibly generous especially with explaining our situation. Thank you David! Would reccomend
Hunter is an incredible person! He was so helpful with our phone trade ins. He is kind, polite, efficient and thoughtful. He was very thorough and answered our questions with professionalism. 10/10 recommend work with him!
