Very good experience - Sam helped get a promotional offer in addition to some adjustments, and I was able to replace my lost phone with a new one and reduce my monthly bill by $25. Then when I took it home, I got locked out while trying to activate. He was transferred, so I have no choice but To Alternate from the 2 stores. Staff was rude and unhelpful when I came in to trade in my work phone. Absolutely was treated like a nuisance and will be going somewhere else.
