I visited the Verizon store at 5207 Brodie Ln, Sunset Valley, TX to transfer my second line from an old iPhone to a new one. What should have been a simple process turned into a disaster. Several employees, including the manager, worked on it. Instead of solving the issue, they deleted the eSIM from my old phone and never activated it on the new device. Very good experience - Sam helped get a promotional offer in addition to some adjustments, and I was able to replace my lost phone with a new one and reduce my monthly bill by $25. Then when I took it home, I got locked out while trying to activate. He was transferred, so I have no choice but To Alternate from the 2 stores.
