I’m leaving this review not for myself, but for my business partner and his family — people I know well and care deeply about. Verizon terminated every phone line on their account without warning — including his elderly parents, who had just joined Verizon after leaving their previous provider. His father is in his 70s, recovering from knee surgery, and suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure. Worst customer service I have ever seen, I waited for one hour and they would help locate my account after they have been billing me for 6 months of canceling my account with them, the second you cancel them they steal your money, be ware
We went in for a new phone. Service was excellent.
