Wouldn't go back
I went to see about getting the iPhone 17 Pro Max yesterday and there was an issue with accessing my account and the guy that assisted us said that the number I have belonged to someone else. So I’m going back right now to see what can they do. The service wasn’t bad but I’m a little upset because we couldn’t resolve the situation yesterday. Hopefully all will go well.
I’m leaving this review not for myself, but for my business partner and his family — people I know well and care deeply about. Verizon terminated every phone line on their account without warning — including his elderly parents, who had just joined Verizon after leaving their previous provider. His father is in his 70s, recovering from knee surgery, and suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure.
