My daughter needed a new phone. Hers would not charge. I sent her over with my card. I got a call in regards to her getting a new phone and what I was ok with. He also text me with his # bc my daughter's phone was almost dead. That way we could communicate if needed. What really impressed me was that he messaged me to confirm that I knew my daughter had my card despite us talking earlier about her purchase. That is the kind of business I want in Rolesville!
Isaiah, who works at the Verizon store in Wake Forest, is an outstanding employee. I needed to set up international calling for a future trip and he handled the entire process in a very quick and efficient way. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable with other phone-related questions I had, but his courteous manner throughout the process was most appreciated.

Horrible dropped trade in phones off to get credit, told all was good. Now credit and trade in cancelled online. Now expected to pay full price for new phone. Unorganized folks
