Alex solved my problem lickety split!
I went to change my password/PIN and look into the 3 yr locked charges plan. Kimberly informed me that we were due for 5 free phones! I was an Android user until then, but how could I turn up free phones at a locked rate! It took time but Kimberly kindly explained everything and gave me time to reach out to my family. I cannot express how well-served she made me feel. I’ve been back since to turn in phones and thankfully got her. Same service. Same helpful attitude.
