Great and fast
This 5-star review is specifically for Kay - he was amazingly patient with his assistance today upgrading a line and supporting out other reason for this appointment. One star for call in customer service who, after 4 hours was still unable to accomplish a transfer of service from an existing consumer to new business account
Had to come write this review from an experience I had in November because the manager deserves a big thanks. I had an issue with picking up a phone I ordered on Black Friday. Ended up having to speak with the manager who was very kind & professional. They got the issues resolved and helped me a lot. A great location led by a great manager!
Good cell service
I had an absolute nightmare experience with another carrier, to the point where I just gave up and came to Verizon's store at North Hills. Kimberly was my representative, and she was so helpful. She helped me set up a business account, patiently helped me transport 3 lines from another company, and then emailed me after hours to solve some connection problems. I could not be more grateful!
