Walked in to upgrade my device and make a plan change. Absolutely no check in system or tracking process, just a dozen customers waiting around with a couple of harried employees. Ended up walking out after a while and striking out even worse on phone / web support and finally managed to just cancel my line (unplanned) as that was my only option.
I need a new phone
Spent 1hr 45mins in store trying to get new phone set up. Paid extra for hep and Verizon sales associate left without checking in. Phone still not working properly at house so have to go back in.
