The sales Associate greeted my wife and I as soon as we entered . . .but is lack of speaking loud enough for us to actually understand him was awful in our opinion this should be addressed as we were getting getting to the point of being discouraged we just thanked him and left . . .we both have been Verizon customers for over 25 years and best as I can remember this was our worst experience ever
30 min wait, but accomplished what we went in for. Employee was knowledgeable and polite.
