I’ve been to this store on more than one occasion seeking various assistance with my account. On each visit I was told to call Verizon’s corporate line to resolve the issue. Don’t waste your time coming to this location unless you intend on buying something as that’s all they’re good for
The service was great! They got to us very quickly and worked really hard to get us done in enough time.
