Gave it one star because zero stars is not an option. Not talking about this store in particular but Verizon company ripped me off for a couple thousand dollars. It was a whole two years of issues between the store that was not an actual Verizon store, yet had Verizon sign on the building? where I got my equipment, and the company messing up my bill because the store messed up helping me return TWO routers that didn't work, because, get this, Verizon doesn't even service my area for Internet!! Checked in and waited 50 minutes for a new phone that we purchased. One employee realized I was there to just pickup my prepaid item and apologized for making me wait. He was nice but left a bad impression on the store as a whole.
Terrible service
Worst service we have ever had! No one seems to know anything about anything!Then after trying to get help they tried to sell me insurance and would not take no for an answer.
