Checked in and waited 50 minutes for a new phone that we purchased. One employee realized I was there to just pickup my prepaid item and apologized for making me wait. He was nice but left a bad impression on the store as a whole.
Terrible service
Worst service we have ever had! No one seems to know anything about anything!Then after trying to get help they tried to sell me insurance and would not take no for an answer.
Complete and total clown show. Terrible even at Verizon's standards. Go somewhere else.
