I have been fighting about my bill since February and the store or customer service say how sorry they are but no one seems to care. Long story but keeping it short.
If you're thinking about making the switch from your current mobile carrier, then see my new friends at Verizon on Willow Creek Road. Dan (my salesman) Alex (the store manager) and Deaundre (super helpful as the others) were there to help me in my hour of need. My husband's phone was nearly destroyed, and we had to take the plunge and replace our 10-year-old phones. It took nearly 8 days for our phones to Port from our previous carrier. The store manager was extremely rude to the customers. I do not recommend this store. The associates are very helpful.
