The 5 star is specifically for this stores employee named Shyanna. I haven't had so many issues with transferring data from and older device to a new device as I have had this time around. Shyanna is top tier when it comes to customer service. Not ony is she very knowledgeable she is patient, friendly, and a breath of fresh air while you are waiting for your data transfer to prayerfully end on a positive note for the 4th time around.
