horrible experience at this location on 3-16-26!! I was sent to this location by customer service because of an issue with my phone order. While customer service was on the phone helping with my order everything was great but as soon as I hung up with customer service the manager whispered to my saleslady to wait five minutes and she walked to the back multiple times and returned with the wrong color device claiming they had just sold the device i was there to buy and this was after the verified the device was there. in betw... read more
Today and yesterday I had the pleasure to go to the Verizon store (7110 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E , Humble Tx ,77346). We had a very good experience at this location, we met Hector Espinoza (specialist) and he was very well interested in everything he did and he helped us with the all the work we needed.We had bad experiences from other location but very rarely you can find sellers well interested in what they need to do.
