Can't call the store directly. Calls are routed to an Indian call center. I want to talk to an American who works at this location that I can understand. Verizon, do better.
Walked into the store where there were three people getting helped, we waited to be helped because they were all busy. We sat down, three more people walked in and they were all checked in before us. Very frustrating to be here waiting and have everyone helped before us. I had to go up to an employee to ask to be helped.
My wife and I went in to get her a new phone. We were standing there waiting to be checked in and 2 young girls came in behind us. The Verizon employee went straight to the two girls and checked them in and completely ignored us. We were there for at least 10 minutes before we just walked out and headed to the Verizon store on Omaha Ave in Rapid City instead of doing our business at this location. We will never come back to this store. We felt that it was absolutely rude and bad customer service on their part
