Tried to rip me off and charge double the price ($70) for a screen protector. Lied about it and told me it's because it's "special glass with a warranty". I showed them the same product being sold from the manufacturer for half the price. Then the manager shifted the excuse to "this is a decision made by corporate". I asked him if he thought it was appropriate to charge double the price of the manufacturer and he told me to leave them a review. So here I am. Don't go here unless you want to be price gouged

Stephanie was so easy to work with. We upgraded our Samsung phones. She knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable.

I sat for almost an hour. Greeted was told someone would help me I've been with Verizon . my entire life all I needed to do was set up a new phone. Don't go to the store if you want to get anything done. I think I'm going to be switching carriers after this experience

my wife and I spent 3-4 hours on the phone with overseas customer service. It was a horrible experience! So we went to this Verizon store. Pete was an absolute rock star. Did everything we needed and explained everything very well. We bought a lot more services as a result. Verizon, Close your overseas call center and higher more people like Pete!
