I absolutely had an awesome experience with my new Verizon upgrade, Pete The Manager was super helpful and experienced he answered all my questions and made everything so smooth and quick. Definitely coming back to that location every one was awesome but Pete 5 Star he is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me and my Needs..
I used to go to this store but with my last interaction with one of the associates that helped me, told me I couldn't put money down with the trade in offer which I have done it in the past with my previous phones. He wanted to argue with me that verizon doesn't do that and I was lying. I think he just didn't want to do his job.
