I typically dread going to Verizon stores but I had the BEST experience at this store w/ the team member Juan. He was incredibly informative, talked through all the different plans and pricing with me, and even lowered my plan by taking off things I didn’t use. Will definitely come back & recommend this store because of his incredible customer service.
