Verizon is currently sending a bill to a customer who they know is deceased and has been since August of 2025 I personally took customers death certificate to the store in November and not only are they still sending a bill but it has the audacity to keep growing
Horrible service, I truly think the sales lady is either incapable of doing her job. Or she's just plain remedial. 10 minutes discussing a plan just to give me zero information it was like talking to a rock. I had to just walk out.
