This is worst Verizon store I have ever seen. And it is funny even there are bad reviews on this store. Nobody take care to do some update there. Changing the people, train them. Nothing. looks like Verizon doesn't care
Very unfriendly service I received today, the sales representative’s tone was harsh. No other customer in the store and no sales interested to service us properly too. Really I felt sad being Verizon customer for long time.
