Rudest employees I've ever encountered. I will be going to t-mobile because of the way we were treated here. These people shouldn't be allowed in public
Had to have been one of the most painful experiences I've had getting serviced. Condescending attitude alongside receiving no real help made for a painful 2 hour experience. if you can spend the extra 5-10 minutes and head to the other shop down the street i would highly recommend doing that, then waste your time here.
the employees are lazy and lying!!! they can hold the line and answer that "one minute" it's outrageous
