I signed up for the 300 Mbs for $35 a month with auto pay from a bank account and paperless billing. I had the rep help me step by step thinking everything was set up. 2 months go by and I'm hit with a $120 bill saying the auto pay wasn't set up properly causing the $35 a month to be $45 for the 2 months and a $30 late fee.
