Worst service. No help at all. All they say is they don’t know. Didn’t help me at all. Really needs improvement on customer service. If they don’t know who would know???
I came in the day after thanksgiving to switch carriers and bring my grandma onto my family's phone plan and the whole store couldn't have been more helpful. Ivan specifically went above and beyond and I'm and super happy he was super helpful throughout the entire process
Worst customer service of any provider. Took 2 hours to port my number from T Mobile then I was redirected to 40 minutes away to get internet set up equipment. Had further issues with customer service at this location and with online customer service. This was after 3 more hours at another Verizon location. 1. Was lied to. Was told there was no cheaper plan than the $70 plan (including discount) when there was a $35 pay as you go plan which I asked for in the first place. They would not honor the plans shown online. 2. Americas best network is an overstatement. The in person staff at this store were useless and idiotic. I’m with AT&T wireless….they trump this company. Please run!!!!
