Mike gave excellent customer service when we came to Verizon to transfer our mobile phone service. Highly recommend Verizon especially here in El Dorado County.
I walked in nobody even addressed my customer presence, they had 3 personal working on one account. As I walked out another customer walked in and was acknowledged... (Am I invisible) No worker said a word to me as I sat there for 15 mins. They say they are sorry you fell short, well what's your solution? What is your offer to make it right? Next time you come in... I won't be darkening your doors again.
