Bad customer service from that hispanic guy
Cancel my appointment and made missed the pre-order and I was opening a business account with him so disappointing
I have tried to get an assistant with my FIOS TV as the picture pauses every few seconds and restarts making TV impossible to watch. I called the service department , and they told me Verizon charges to fix their product. Their customer support people don't guarantee a constant signal only access to a signal. Does anyone recommend a replacement service in the Northern Virginia area? I canceled my service as of April 29, 2024.
