Customer service Zero in this brunch. I had issue with sim card , they couldn't fix my problem and they did their best to get red of me, then I went to different brunch which 8 minutes drive from this brunch and they fixed my phone in 2 minutes.
Busy place
Would NEVER do business with Verizon, simply because of the crap I had to go through to just speak with someone just to get directions to their office.
Verizon overcharges and has surprise charges. I changed from paying Verizon over $250/ month to $51/ month with another carrier. My charges have stayed consistent with the new provider no billing issues or surprise charges. Service is even better than Verizon. I would stay away from this company they are crooks!
