Awful customer service, I walked in and was not acknowledged. I was not greeted or told someone will be right with me. Multiple people came from the back and looked at me and continued talking to peers. I had to walk up to someone and ask if they can help me and even after that I still received a bit of an attitude. I decided to just leave and drive to the DuPont Hwy location where the customer service was very welcoming and helpful.
Great place and employees give you 5 star service and work thru whatever the issue is hands down my favorite location
Upsell.nothing in stock but the most expensive
Be careful when coming here, they do not explain fees while also charging an insane amount for things that should honestly be free for its customers (like setting up the phone) nor ask to do things for you, seems like they take advantage of who they can and are doing whatever they can to make money and do it sneakily. Yes it’s a business but you shouldn’t be draining your customers dry when they already pay an arm and a leg for your services.
