Public service announcement. Fraudulent accounts are being opened with Verizon. A fraudulent account was opened under my husbands name. They are not requiring ID and when you report to their fraud department (who are evidently getting a lot of reports) they refuses to fix the issue. Even when you go to the store they refuse to fix the issue. I highly recommend being on alert in regards to anything Verizon related. We do not have, or want an account with Verizon, but now they refuse to stop calling us "Customers".
We are small business owners and have been with Verizon for approximately 30+ years. Recently, we needed to update our very complex, multi line, Verizon Business "One Talk" plan. We we're assisted by "Levi, Matt, & Evan" to assist us with completing our updates and phone upgrades. Though it was a difficult and complicated process, it was successful and we are up and working again. They were all very knowledgeable, and expedited the process.
