Visited this location to upgrade my phone. Been with Verizon since the Alltel days of the early 90's. Sales associate would not/ did not get up from her seat to show or offer the phone options available. She pointed from 20 feet away to phones of which some were not active. We stepped back to her station 3 times and returned to the phone wall never assisted with choices. Without the phone clearly labeled for price or manufacturer, and many would not start when touched.
