Horrible location super sleazy sale tactics we transferred our business to Verizon (overall very bad decision) of the employees offered my wife a new phone she asked for the 512 GB and the employee scanned a phone that had less than half of the storage next day when my wife noticed that and we went to return the phone they told us in their system it shows the phone was already returned and they cannot issue a return on it and for us to return a couple weeks later when we returned a couple weeks later they were telling me the... read more
DO NOT GO HERE! They will lie to you over and over. I switched my personal account to a business account. It took 4 months to transfer one of my lines. I added a line and the phone was supposed to be free and I’m paying it off monthly. I was promised a $200 credit for the inconvenience of taking 4 months. Never got said credit! TOTAL LIARS AT THIS LOCATION! Beware! Been a Verizon customer for 20 years! Never been ripped off and lied to like this!
Tried to get a new phone online through Verizon and it was a nightmare. Came into this store and dealt with Donald who was awesome. Took great care of me. This store deserves more stars!
So much confusion and inconsistency, miscommunication. I feel deceived and used.
