So much confusion and inconsistency, miscommunication. I feel deceived and used.

It was a great visit. The manager and employees are very experienced and knowledgeable. Everything I needed was done in a great timeframe. I recommend this location to solve any problems you have and get a great deal. I am not an easy customer. I have over 16 lines, and I keep adding and removing them on my consumer account since my family members come and go all the time. Thanks again for making this visit great.
The worst shop, don’t go there! They’re hiring liars, they told you , they have an discount for new lines and you don’t have to pay for activation , and will be on your next bill, and nothing, LIARS! If I could I give them 0 stars!
Eric was my Verizon salesman. I went in to get my fiance a watch. This was all I was going in for. I loved my phone and had no issues with it. Eric was upselling me and was pushing their promotion for a new Samsung s23 phone if we opened a new line. I asked if the S23+ was part of the promotion, which he stated it was would just have to pay $200. I was skeptical and asked numerous times $200 was all I was going to pay?!
