strange reactions from employees of a business working with the public. and even stranger are the responses from reviews something like... "This is not the experience we hope for" Verizon must know the culture that they create, and stop blame shifting their employees and managers to help turn around a sour review. its called training. Great customer service
Poor service always.
This is the worst verizon store that I ever been to, after waiting in the line for about 30 min at 5:30 pm, then 1 hour with the person then at 6:55 they say his time is up and we need to decide because they are closing in 5 min basically at 7pm while their schedule is at 8 pm, very rude personal and unprofessional, stay away from this store
