Horrible associate at this location. Ryan’s customer service is horrible. I sat in the store for 15 minutes and he completely forgot he was helping me. Just disappeared. The associate didn’t want to deal with the situation and tried to tell me 5g wasn’t available. I already knew that, but 4g was available. I had to tell him that in order for him to actually try and assist me with that. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will never be back. Much better off at cox.

Excellent service Kelli was great explained everything. we were switching phone providers. It took a bit longer than what we expected, but we got it done.
No help offered. Verizon employees were all busy chatting it up with the females rather than selling me a phone. I purchased my phone directly from Samsung.
Jason was outstanding in making sure I was taken care of and got a great deal. 10/10.
