My previous review of only 1 star was an error that I was unable to edit. My recent experience at your Desert Ridge location was the best ever. Ingrid the store manager was incredibly helpful in resolving a glitch on my S22 Samsung. I had gone to the 3rd party Verizon store where I originally purchased my phone and was treated very poorly. Ingrid at Desert Ridge knew exactly how to restore the the microphone which had vanished during the recent update. Kudos to Ingrid for excellent customer service.
