I visited the store on Saturday. All my issues were completely resolved dom was very helpful. I had to go back on Monday and Al was just as helpful. Very nice, gentlemen. Both of them. Believe it or not It's Tuesday and I have to go back again today. Different issue. Let's hope it works out the same way. Great guys good luck

They need to close this location down. Literally 13 people waiting and not one employee there. How can they operate like this????? People could have stolen items and no one would even be there to know. Zero help, zero employees and a store playing loud music. So messed up. The manager should be ashamed.

Honestly, I don't believe I've ever experienced such a lack of customer service and ineptitude as I had when I stepped into this Verizon store. Initially ignored, I had to make it known by making serious eye contact with the store manager that I was taking up space in their store before I was acknowledged. I went to get a new phone. It was busy at the time I went in so I just looked around the store. Nobody came up to me to ask if I've been help. I waited 20 min and another person came in. Then they got attended too and got checked in and they still didn't see me and another couple came in and they got welcomed in. So point is they don't have any customer service.
