I felt that your employee Dylan Jacobson- Walton was very unprofessional and lowered the standards of your business based on his unwillingness to assist clients and his focus on commissions rather than addressing current customer issues. Attempting to pressure customers into purchasing new phones while neglecting their medical-related concerns was unacceptable. As a former supervisor myself, I would never tolerate or allow someone with that mindset or level of professionalism on my team.

I asked for a specific watch and was brought the wrong one. I clarified which model I wanted, and he went back and returned with what I assumed was the correct watch. I later found out it was the wrong size. He never mentioned it, and I am not even sure he realized the mistake. He struggled through the entire purchase process and even gave me incorrect information, which his coworker or manager later confirmed. This store was 5 stars all the way and Durrell Favor actually took his time and helped me when other stores wouldn’t . I would definitely highly recommend going to this store and if Durrell is working try to grab him cause he gives the best customer service I’ve seen in a real long time

Bad
