I forgot to write a review right away after i recently got a new phone but all I had to say was Juan was such a great help, the experience was outstanding and I would recommend going to him, he took the time to help me out and answer any questions I had. I never got the survey from Verizon to tell my experience so I just wanted to leave a review on here.
Verizion is the biggest crooks in the world some how get away w it , I'm gonna do my best to sue them to get my money they been stealing for moths , they were supposed to pay it back but they keep saying different things and refuse to pay what they stole i have all my proof to show it
Very easy, there customer service reps. Made thing very easy.
So I walked in and was waiting patiently as im very easy going well she starts checking in 4 other people in front of me . Im going back in an hour ONLY BECUASE CHRIS THE SALES MAN 5 + stars to this young man
