If I could rate a store lower I would, I have had nothing but a great experience with Verizon and other stores I have visited but today I had initiated to just pick up a phone, from the beginning of a lack of a greeting to instead walk in on the “representatives” bundled up like it was a water cooler on break time and I had to seek their help. It's a good idea to get a phone
The home wifi is just as bad as century link it cuts out once a week and have to keep resetting the router EVERY WEEK at least once or twice a week every week not just once or twice but every single week of every single month….. I am 100% just going to stop paying my bill and find a new internet provider I don’t care about any contract they will never get another penny from me
The worst service I have ever experienced trying to buy a new phone. I had to go to the location 6 times in 3 days to get my new, 1k phone working. Asked to speak with someone who could help and get this started, and the technician I was working with refused to let me speak with someone above her pay grade. And now I'm getting a bill for a phone and tablet that were never used. That's not going to happen. I will go to court and fight this.
