staff wasnt to helpful but they were ok
Edit- Sarah the supervisor with customers service confirmed that the corporate office did not do what they needed to do .. no promotions were added for long term/properly After 2 hrs on the phone with her we are set with what we were sold but the inconvenience was unfortunate and took almost 2 months to fix and I paid 200$ extra on a past bill that shouldn't of been charged Awful!
