I was really pleased with the customer service. Very polite and helpful. The problems I was having with my phone was solved and fixed within a few minutes.
No wonder there is some 1 star ratings here.. just experienced myself a waste of time with one their Verizon Business Account person. She still has the audacity to speak to me about respect when she did not respect my time when I was in their store porting 2 lines from another carrier. I wasted my entire morning fixing her mess through their Verizon corporate number. Not even our first month with Verizon and the first experience has taken place.
