I been sitting here in your store here for over and hour and half you have only 4 workers for a Sunday and it seem like there taking there time not taking in consideration that people are waiting I’ll probably never come back here this is ridiculous bad customer service.
Sat for nearly 3 hours most of the time on hold with customer service, yes we were in store and had to fix our issue on the phone. Ended up leaving without a phone due to them failing to ask us what phone we were looking to get and then not having it. We could have sat on hold at home.
