Sorry to post here, but Verizon doesn't have an internal way to complain about their technicians. Feel free to pass the review on and actually contact me for details about the location. Steve was incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly in ironing out issues with my new iPhone. He moved fast and made it an easy experience. There was also no wait time. Glad I made the drive to this more chill location rather than downtown or city Ave.
This store is terrible from the manager on down! I had a terrible customer experience and I believe it’s because they are a third party store.. Please be mindful when going to this store! It’s too much to put in a review but they are disrespectful to customers! And also watch out for the fees they charge you just to move your information from your old phone to your new phone which you can do yourself for free! They will try to talk fast then charge you $50 for nothing..
Anthony from 126 Bargain Avenue was my representative today. He was awesome! He was extremely helpful and took as much time as I needed and I really needed a lot of time. Great guy. Good sales salesman.
My husband and I upgraded our phones and had the best customer service from Kenyetta. She’s knowledgeable with great customer service
