We came into Verizon today. It started by being very discouraged by the transactions that were taking place. The manager at this location, Trey he took his time. And went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us me, being a T-Mobile customer. I am strongly influenced by the service of this one manager of this branch to switch over to Verizon.
