Wow. Who broke Verizon’s customer service? I can honestly say that the Secretary of State has a superior system of service than Verizon. Sign in great concept, however there is no way to see the status of the line and the workers seems to help those with walk in questions and questions on where am I at in line before helping those on the list. We came into Verizon today. It started by being very discouraged by the transactions that were taking place. The manager at this location, Trey he took his time. And went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us me, being a T-Mobile customer. I am strongly influenced by the service of this one manager of this branch to switch over to Verizon.
