First of all they will tell lie to you and say you’re approved and not even run your credit until you come in and they will not approve you. I drove an hour because she told me I was approved. I’m so upset I don’t know what else to do but write a review. They suck.

Went to the store to upgrade my phone. I asked for the best price and was told an option that would only increase my bill by $4/mo. Also added Home internet at this time. Once home I tried to log into my account online to review doc's, but realized that he had totally messed up my acct. I cannot logon onto my account. I don't have the best priced phone plan - it has increased by about $50 or internet plan. The perks are added on to another line on my account which doesn't help me. This really shouldn't be that difficult.

We arrived at about 12:20pm today to merge phone accounts and upgrade a single phone. A young man entered our information for the queue; he confirmed my account and asked for the reason we were visiting. We advised; merging of lines and upgrade. An hour into the wait, I asked the manager if I could use the restroom; he said he didn’t have a public restroom & did not allow me use of the one the store uses. On a heavy rainy Sunday, we went to renew our phone, and a young white man right desk seat ordered us to do everything from one to ten and did nothing or help us. why are they there Verizon needs to properly train employees or manage them better
