The staff and managers were helpful and instructive
Don’t ever go to this store I write review for the store Manager had bad bad bad customer service, and they DELETE my review.
Just came to get my phone fixed lady said she would get a “ specialists” meanwhile all the other workers are just talking about themselves and not asking if I need help or not just letting me stand there and not helping me. So many employees but none of them wanted to help. An employee was even on the phone FaceTiming someone instead of helping or asking if I needed help. They do not have good costumer service or seem to care to help.
Bad experience when u call to store, Alan told me he couldn't transfer me to customer support but prior to this call I had early morning and they transferred with no problem.
My phone broke, was told I cold only buy a phone at the store for a postpaid account. Called verizon for a specific phone. Drove 20min to the store. There was an hour wait to speak to an associate. When I finally did they told me I couldn't by a phone with a temporary license, because it's a corporate store? I have to wait 2wks for the license. Luckily I'm able to borrow someone's spare phone so I can type this.
