It’s the holidays, so I understand that stores are busy. Phone number listed here will send you to a phone tree with outsourced help. You cannot reach the store itself by phone. I was denied help (Verizon policy) until my husband could verify that he was okay with me making changes (I wasn’t making any, I simply wanted to buy a new phone outright). This place is cool. It has better phone plans. I'm glad I did it when I got my phone. And I'm very impressed. If I can give this place a 10 star for superior level I definitely would.
