Very happy with the support, time and effort I received from Harris today. My Pixel refused to accept a new SIM card. Harris worked on the phone for a good 30 minutes until he found a way to activate my new Idaho phone number. Many thanks.
It’s the holidays, so I understand that stores are busy. Phone number listed here will send you to a phone tree with outsourced help. You cannot reach the store itself by phone. I was denied help (Verizon policy) until my husband could verify that he was okay with me making changes (I wasn’t making any, I simply wanted to buy a new phone outright). I know the employees have no control over that, but I was still surprised. Was told we’d have a 10 minute wait which ended up being 50. Worker wouldn’t sell me the phone I wanted.... read more
