I honestly can’t believe how you all treat your customers. I bought Verizon WiFi from one of your stores, brought it home to try it out, and the service was terrible. So, I returned it right away. But today, when I checked my bill, the charges were outrageously high. This place is just the worst! First they kept us waiting for almost 4 hours and then messed up our lines! They dont know what they're doing and Bryan, the manager is super rude. They wasted our time every single time!!!
