Gerardo was the young man who took care of me. I went in because I apparently downloaded software that included a virus. It made the phone difficult to use. He took maybe 5 minutes and the problem was solved. It was very much appreciated.

I can’t say enough good things about the associate Gerardo who helped us both times we came into the store each time spending about 2 hours to get the issue of getting a new phone resolved. He stayed long after his shift to make sure we were okay and happy. If everyone was like him getting a new phone wouldn’t be so bad! If I could give him a million stars I would :) thank you!
