Freddie was amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient, very accommodating. He helped us set up two new iPhones and an iPad. Service was amazing, zero wait time when we entered the store for our appointment. Very happy customers.

Kelton has been a tremendous help navigating our family phone lines and service transition after 30 years with AT&T. As with any major change, there were a few bumps along the way, but Kelton stayed engaged, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a frustrating experience much more manageable and truly went above and beyond to help our family.
I had an EXCELLENT customer service experience today at the store with Oscar. I had been frustrated by a credit that I had been promised by several verizon customer service representatives over the phone. Oscar resolved this problem within 10 minutes to my complete satisfaction. He called Verizon Customer Service, gave them the information regarding a charge that I had received for $220, and he was told a credit would be issued to my account within 24 to 48 business hours. VERY PLEASED. Oscar was courteous and professional
This Verizon location was very helpful. We came at a busy time and they met us right away and let us know there was a wait and checked in periodically while we were waiting as well. We were helped by Tyler who was great! He was very knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. Would highly recommend this location!
