I've been a Verizon wireless customer for over ten years. I recently switched my business account to Verizon after some other issues and promises made by the business sales guy here. After you buy from them, support drops off the face of the planet. One of the perks is that you're supposed to have a local business rep to talk to so you don't have to call a 1800 number and speak to someone in India.
