I found this store incredibly helpful! They addressed all of my questions, were knowledgeable about the specks on the phone I was interested in, and helped me fill out a claim on a damaged phone. Really friendly, and great service!
I would not waste your time at this store. Head to the Verizon store on University and Easter where they will try to help you and look out for your best interest. Even if it’s a bit of a drive it will save you a huge headache. David was more concerned with his commission than actually listening to what I wanted and helping me get to a solution.
