I did not get the salesperson’s name. I tried to buy a new phone. I asked in a very clear way several times the out of pocket and monthly costs I did not receive a clear answer. He really seemed like he did not want to be bothered. I left drove to wyckoff Verizon store completely different experience answered all my questions very clearly and gave me a better deal. Love my new phone. Will avoid this store in the future.
