I have been a customer with Verizon since 2002... over 23 years. I have never experienced TERRIBLE service like what I experienced today. I visited this Verizon location on November 30th around 2 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After entering the store, I waited approximately 15 minutes without being acknowledged at all. I've been to this location 2x and so far both experiences have been brutal. The first time I came I had just recently been added to my bosses business plan and understood that maybe he could t have helped me because on their end nothing was "updated" even though I had my account pulled up showing all the information. My second visit today.... In counting it's about to be 3 hours of just waiting. The first 30 I went to the Korean market on the same plaza because they were on lunch.....
