Very nice and helpful.
I found the young woman rude and unhelpful. Her attitude was very clear she was not interested in helping me and when I told her I thought I was eligible for a free upgrade she was very quick to respond that I would have to pay for taxes and I may not be eligible. She would have to check my plan. When I told her I had spoken to someone else a few weeks ago she said I was not eligible and that I would have to purchase a new phone.
