Walked in on Saturday March 16th, one employee is sitting on her phone at a side table, the other is with the only customer in the store. She looks up from her phone and says "Someone will be with you" and went back staring at her phone. We waited 10 mins and just left. What a disgrace, no customer appreciation whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs. We went to the Plank Rd one and although we waited longer Rowan was very polite, acknowledged we existed, kept us informed.
Don't do it. The current "deal" which discounts per line will be full price for a few months and then some. You'll end up paying the same as anywhere else and even if you stay for the full length of the deal, won't save any money. They won't disclose this upfront until after your business number is technically theirs. If you want to dispute it, you'll have to talk to outsourced call centers that couldn't care less of your 1st world problems. Aweful.. can't get a person to talk to on the phone at Verizon in altoona.
How do you call the store directly. The only number listed is a national 800 number. This does me no good at all when I need to talk to the local store.
