Nate was absolutely brilliant and answered my questions and concerns. Was very patient and made the process smooth! 11/10 experience Thank you Nate! UPDATE- Although Nate was very helpful during the initial process unfortunately I have had nothing but issues with Verizon and every month there is a recurring or new problem. I regret signing up with Verizon. 1/10 experience

After dealing with trying to return a nonworking phone and being told (by several customer care reps and many HOURS on the phone) different things about how and where to return the phone- I finally had a return envelope sent to me, but NO return label! Turns out it’s not so easy to get a return envelope emailed to you. I went to this Tanasbourne location and explained my lengthy issue to Gus & Jonny and they each helped figure out where the phone should go, made notes in my account and gave me a tracking # so I can make sure... read more

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the staff member had zero interest in being there, let alone helping a customer. He was dismissive, borderline rude, and acted like my basic questions were a major inconvenience to his day. It’s disappointing to see such a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.
