Just went back to Verizon after a long stretch with other providers saved myself some money going back
I don’t usually write reviews because I prefer to work through a company’s customer service process when issues arise. Unfortunately, after multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve ongoing problems with my Verizon business account, I visited the Verizon store on 185th hoping someone could help. Nate was absolutely brilliant and answered my questions and concerns. Was very patient and made the process smooth! 11/10 experience Thank you Nate! UPDATE- Although Nate was very helpful during the initial process unfortunately I have had nothing but issues with Verizon and every month there is a recurring or new problem. I regret signing up with Verizon. 1/10 experience
