Complete waste of time they have no tech-support
I've been with Verizon over 20 years and I always have great friendly service at the Palm Harbor location.
Devon helped me trade in and upgrade 3 phones. It got a little complicated after I tried to complete the transaction online. He was chill, where others would have quit or maybe made it sound inconvenient he made it look smooth and not a burden at all. Made the transaction look easy. I can only wonder who his parents are but they raised a gem. This is the attitude to success, hard or impossible to teach. Verizon is lucky to have him working for them.
I needed to make a change on my business plan and they were great. So helpful, didnt wait long and everything went smoothly.
