Devon helped me trade in and upgrade 3 phones. It got a little complicated after I tried to complete the transaction online. He was chill, where others would have quit or maybe made it sound inconvenient he made it look smooth and not a burden at all. Made the transaction look easy. I can only wonder who his parents are but they raised a gem. This is the attitude to success, hard or impossible to teach. Verizon is lucky to have him working for them.

I had a great experience at this store. The manager was on top of managing a very busy (to me) day. She directed me to Corey who took great care of me and fully owned the situation. He made sure to manage my situation professionally and thoroughly alleviating much of my anxiety. These folks make Verizon a great corp to do business with. Ty Nebraska store team.
