That man at the entrance at the door is very arrogant and turned him away directly from the door. Are you making a lot of effort to work with unattended and rude staff? I’m a customer, doesn’t he have to be interested?
Staff is friendly however there’s not much productivity..Plan on at least 1 hour wait to be seen. Feels like the DMV of mobile carriers
Verizon does not work in Laguna Niguel or Dana Point. Don't bother switching, I would use Tmobile. I also went into the store, drove all the way up there, and the rep told me to call customer service which I've already done multiple times.
This Corporate Verizon store may look over staffed and people working there seem as busy as bees, but they are inconsiderate and rude too. There is no real supervision because the manager himself is a self-centered know it all 21 year old who lacks maturity. Otherwise, it's an okay store since you have to come back two days later again.
