One of the most disappointing experiences ever with a business. Please take your business to a different store. As you will see that all my reviews of other business are very positive. Believe me, please don't do any business with this Verizon.
Easily the worst Verizon store i have ever been to. Their manager is the most incompetent store leader whonis incapable of understanding what is being asked of him. Its almost like he doesn't understand English. They are unwilling to help current customers who cant rectify issues that Verizon customer support cant fix over the phone. The manage said - "We are focusing on sales and will not help customers with any technical problems"... sales are important, customer service is not an option??? Such a bad service. Closed minded. I lost my time again trying to be helped. I had a 1 hour call with Verizon yesterday to fix a problem and they asked me to show up in a store. Which I just did. Arrived in the store, they can’t do anything.. They even didn’t listen to my issue..
Jose Luis helped me out and was extremely rude. I complained to the manager Amal and he told me I could call 611 to complain. Definitely canceling my service after this experience. Crappy store and even worse staff.
