Easily the worst Verizon store i have ever been to. Their manager is the most incompetent store leader whonis incapable of understanding what is being asked of him. Its almost like he doesn't understand English. They are unwilling to help current customers who cant rectify issues that Verizon customer support cant fix over the phone. Such a bad service. Closed minded. I lost my time again trying to be helped. I had a 1 hour call with Verizon yesterday to fix a problem and they asked me to show up in a store. Which I just did. Arrived in the store, they can’t do anything.. They even didn’t listen to my issue..
Jose Luis helped me out and was extremely rude. I complained to the manager Amal and he told me I could call 611 to complain. Definitely canceling my service after this experience. Crappy store and even worse staff.
Good customer service
That man at the entrance at the door is very arrogant and turned him away directly from the door. Are you making a lot of effort to work with unattended and rude staff? I’m a customer, doesn’t he have to be interested?
