They no longer offer any tech services. Buying 2 new phones on line took over 2 hours using chat. Order was delivered wrong. Returned an item I didn't order to the store, they couldn't take it. I had to call Verizon, from the store, only to get a poor English speaker who gave me wring information. Service was terriable. Return process a big inconvenience. Home back up failed repeatedly. Calling for help isn't helpful.

Very bad customer service and almost hostile. I waisted more than 1/2 hour trying to ask a question. The older gentleman did not qualify my question and just told me to go use the app. I had to come back and ask him to show me the configuration to be changed in my app. It took him few min to figure out and he said just use this tab. One of the most disappointing experiences ever with a business. Please take your business to a different store. As you will see that all my reviews of other business are very positive. Believe me, please don't do any business with this Verizon.
