The manager Jim attitude is horrible, very disrespectful and arrogant. Not helpful at all.
The crew at this Verizon is so helpful and friendly. I have a Verizon store closer to where I live, but I went to Crystal Lake location because they ROCK!

Went in on a Saturday, talked to Joe,My wife had a new S24 ultra, and made mistakes and really messed up her Facebook and had multi logins Joe was determined to fix it and he did was very helpful and knowledgeable She told his manager Jim he deserved a raise, for all his work getting her new phone working .
