The crew at this Verizon is so helpful and friendly. I have a Verizon store closer to where I live, but I went to Crystal Lake location because they ROCK!

Went in on a Saturday, talked to Joe,My wife had a new S24 ultra, and made mistakes and really messed up her Facebook and had multi logins Joe was determined to fix it and he did was very helpful and knowledgeable She told his manager Jim he deserved a raise, for all his work getting her new phone working .
Joe is wonderful and very friendly. He remembers this customer's. I enjoy going to the store and seeing him there, knowing that my questions will be answered. Thank you Joe!!!!
